Leadership 101 is an excellent course for anyone with an interest in the subject and practicalities of leadership.  It provides an outline of how leadership is viewed at BCC and specifically explores the importance of Character, Competence and Chemistry when building teams.  Anyone with existing or inspirational leadership responsibility at BCC is required to take this course.
